FAQ

I take a photojournalistic approach, emphasizing candid moments and authentic memories. Upon arrival to your session, I take an extra moment to get you relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. I am hands off most of the time, but offer light direct when needed.

For solo and couples sessions, I deliver a minimum of 30 edited, high-resolution photos. For weddings, you can expect a minimum of 300 images. While you will most likely receive more than that, I prioritize quality over quantity.

I send sneak peek and highlight photos via text message. Full galleries are available for download and viewing via a link sent to your email. Wedding clients will also receive a thumb drive via post. All images are high-resolution jpegs.

Sneak peeks for portrait, couples, and engagement sessions are delivered within 48 hours after your session. Full galleries are sent out within 3 weeks after your session. Wedding highlights are sent out within 7 days after your wedding. Full digital galleries are delivered within 6 weeks  after your wedding and your physical copy is also dropped off at the post within that time frame.

I recommend wearing something that makes you feel comfortable and fully like yourself. Confidence can really elevate your photos, and sticking to an outfit that you feel good in is key! That being said, I do offer simple style recommendations to suit the location or look that you're going for via a pdf guide.

I include both film and digital photography in all of my sessions and weddings, as they both have their own unique benefits. I primarily use digital to capture images in low-light environments or for fast-paced moments. Film is my preferred format to capture timeless portraits, and for creative storytelling. Although film is inherently marked by romance and nostalgia, it is a time consuming method. It creates space and time for a slower, more thoughtful approach.
